Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items
Return Requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email address] and send your item to: [physical address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
